Ya know - I don’t blame myself for not buying Moderna early on. I wasn’t smart enough or well-read enough to understand what Ozempic was going to be.

But Victoria Secret is up 300% because 30M people are getting skinny from Ozempic? Damn it! I should have seen one this coming.

If you paused your life right now, at this moment – there are millions of possible futures. Some good, some terrible, and some unimaginably amazing. 

With each decision, ask yourself, am I pushing my line up the stack, or down. Am I playing it safe, or taking the right kinds of risks? Am I spending time on things that matter, or giving my time away to bullsh*t?

I heard a great quote today: The opposite of a good idea, can also be a good idea. 

Think: 

• Restaurants have menus so customers can choose what they want (good idea)

• A restaurant where the customer has no choice, chef’s choice (also a good idea)

Well that’s me with AI right now. Everyday I play with AI, using it for new things, and seeing how much of my “thinking” I can offload to AI.

And the opposite… I’m reading more books than ever, spending more time writing and reading myself (even though most people think books are a dying industry).

Perhaps this is like horseback riding, in an age of cars (a fun hobby, but useless)

Or

It’s like being physically fit, while most people get fat from sitting and eating processed foods (a huge life win)
