It’s Black Friday - so warehouses all around America are working overtime this month shipping out 5-10x more volume than normal.

Yes, you pay the team bonuses, and overtime etc… but on top of that - it’s amazing how simple stuff (thank you notes, pizza, free cupcakes) build goodwill.
