Be the architect of your day.

My calendar architecture:

  • No meetings in the morning - First 2.5 hours of the day is a creative block. I sit down and write, read, podcast, etc.. I’m a creator, so I create first 

  • Workout – scheduled in at ~1130am everyday. If I leave my workout to “when i have time” - it turns out, I never have time

  • Kids playtime – 3pm. By 3pm, I’m done working, and will take a break to hang with kids. Do something fun (biking, swimming, soccer, play Uno, etc.)

  • Besides those 3 things, I have tons of whitespace - That way I can pick what is most interesting/useful to do IN THE MOMENT, rather than being a prisoner to calls I booked 3 weeks ago

White space on calendar is a better wealth signal than a Gucci bag.

Not sure if it’s legit. But then again, Ozempic just showed us magic is possible.

  • Lasik is a magic laser that gives you eyesight back.

What if we find a magic gene that gives you a full night sleep in only 4-5 hours?
