#1 💎 The best place to work right now

If I was still a job guy, I’d be trying to work at OpenAI right now.

  • You can make an insane salary (median software engineer is making $900k)

  • You’re potentially working at a generational company (this decade’s Facebook, Google, etc.)

  • You’ll get to work on cool futuristic AI shit

#2 💎 Google just gave us a weapon

This tweet only has like 50 likes, but this is a great tool from Google.

Facebook’s open ad library is an absolute gold mine for any marketer.

Now we have similar powers on Google.

#3 💎 My take on OpenStore

I thought OpenStore was a good idea.

It’s not easy to sell an ecom store. So I liked the idea of creating a Shopify rollup, giving store owners a fast path to sell their store.

But so far the execution is underwhelming.

  • I know 5 people that sold their brands to OpenStore. They openly mock how much OpenStore overpaid, and how poorly the store does now post-exit .

  • The brands they are buying are not strong and not-differentiated from amazon.

Like, why are they buying crappy drop-shipping quality products like this?

I think OpenStore is a good idea, poorly executed.

Mayo as Aioli is my favorite. Just a masterclass.
