I recently went to a pool, and overheard a grandmother saying she didn’t want to swim because she felt self conscious about her legs. She’s 74 years old. She lost a chance to swim, because she was worried about what others might think.

I can guarantee, I’ve never judged any grandmother’s legs. Not at the pool, not ever!

Here’s a dumb little dance I used to do at least once a week…

• I look at our company finances

• I want to know “how much cash do we actually have right now?”

• I open the dashboard, click the (wrong) tab, click another tab, export a spreadsheet, squint at the spreadsheet, give up, then ask someone on Slack
