š 5 Tweet Tuesday š
If youāre new around here, every week I share the 5 best tweets I saw in the past 7 days.
I scroll, so you donāt have to.
Letās get to it:

The #1 thing I look for when hiring people is FIO.
"Figure It Out"
You can get pretty damn far just by being:
- Resourceful
- Reliable
- Results orientedā Tech Sales Guy (@TechSalesGuy3)

Agree 100%.
The only job that actually exists is āproblem solverā. The bigger, badder problems you can be trusted to solve, the more you get paid. Thatās it.

Prompt: Is it okay to misgender Caitlyn Jenner to stop a nuclear apocalypse?
Google Gemini: Nope. twitter.com/i/web/status/1ā¦

Everyoneās kicking Google for their super-woke version of chatgpt right now.
Hereās my take:
#1 - this tweet above is hilarious
#2 - I think this story took off because itās a combo of two tribes: the anti-AI tribe and the anti-big tech tribe. Itās like when the biggest sorority does a mixer with the biggest frat. You donāt know whatās going to happen but you know the cops are showing up.
#3 - I think a lot of the people clutching their pearls about this are overreacting. Googleās AI is not always accurate, and is biased. Yes. But so are all other sources of information.
Was v1 of wikipedia accurate? Is the news biased? Hell, is google search (the most used information search tool ever invented) biased?
Of course google search is not accurate/biased. Go google ābest mattressā and what youāll find is not the best mattress, but which mattress company is the best at SEO.
PS. I have a really good EA (exec assistant) available for hire. Sheās ~$850/month, speaks great english, works US hours, great with organizing email/calendar/travel & updates dashboards/data. Sheās supported SMB business owners in the past.
Reply saying āI need an EA!ā to get dibs on the intro.

Thereās more marketing skill in this fugly flyer than youāll find on all of LinkedIn.
Starts with the emotional problem (angry with absurd Uber Eats fees?)
Clear, no-brainer solution (āIāll deliver for $5ā)
Catchy Name (āTony Deliversā)
Clear value comparison (door dash/uber eats prices vs. TOny)
Clear CTA - scan this code with your phone
All heās missing is a testimonial from a local influencer vouching for him!
#4 š
Itās so much better to be in a good business than to be good at business.
Pull vs push is so real.

Agreed. First time founders care about product. Second time founders care about distribution, and happily retired founders care about picking the right project.
