This is fascinating. Hedge funds banning GLP-1s like Ozempic.

They kill not just hunger, but other impulses/compulsions too. This is why they are good for addiction.. and now… bad for having that dawg in you.

There’s a great line in the book Mastery by Robert Greene. He explains that true masters feel the answer before they can explain the answer in words.

I’ve started to notice this to be true in my smartest friends. They know the right move before they can verbalize it.

Try it, make a list of the good things in your life. I can do it right now - in 10 seconds here’s what comes to mind: 

• My kids doing their first jiu-jitsu class yesterday.

• This cottage cheese I’m eating. How lucky am I that cottage cheese (high protein) tastes good to me.

• The book I’m reading (Running Down a Dream) is awesome.

• I’m about to call my old boss/mentor. Man, that guy was really good to me. 

• I write this email every week and people always reply saying how much they enjoy it.

Takes 10 seconds to direct your brain's focus to what’s going right vs. constantly seeing deficiencies and problems.
