💎  5 Tweet Tuesday 💎

My favorite 5 tweets of the week. Let’s dive in:

#1 💎

Just like there are good ways to get calories (protein, veggies) and bad ways to get calories (cinnabon) - there are good and bad sources of dopamine.

I like the idea of a dopamine diet. Being intentional where you get your dopamine from.

My sources of good dopamine:

  • Playing stupid games with my kids

  • Working out

  • Writing

  • Playing piano

What’s in your dopamine diet that I should steal?

P.S. - sorry for the cinnabon slander. I love cinnabon.

One of the great American scams is that adult napping is considered lazy / self-indulgent.

I am one of the top 5 nappers you know.

#4 💎

This is epic. If you haven’t been following…

  • Anthropic keeps telling everyone their models are too advanced, too much of a cyber security threat to release

  • It’s either great marketing, or scary if true

  • So the CEO of BitGo put 100 BTC ($6M) in a wallet, and told Anthropic to “go get it”.

Btw - if Anthropic did hack the wallet and took the coins using AI, wouldn’t BTC’s price mega-crash?

#6 💎 Brought To You By Mercury

It’s 2026 and I can run my whole life from my phone - I can order a couch, a car, or a coconut from Sri Lanka in two taps.

But visit your local bank and you’ll see they’re still stuck in the 60’s (the little pens are still chained to the desks too!)

That’s probably why over 300,000 entrepreneurs have switched over to using Mercury.

Mercury is banking** that finally works. You can send wires, pay bills, issue invoices, manage cards — all in one place. No phone calls, no "please visit your nearest branch." And if you've got a team, you can give your bookkeeper access without handing them the launch codes.

It’s free to start and there’s no minimum balance. Check it out here to learn more and apply online in minutes.

**Mercury is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services provided by Choice Financial Group, Column N.A., and Evolve Bank & Trust®; Members FDIC.
