💎 5 Tweet Tuesday 💎
My favorite 5 tweets of the week. Let’s dive in:

You know he felt good after posting this.
Sidebar: it’s actually a shame when you tweet a banger and then look up and nobody in the room you’re standing in cares.
There should be a Gatorade bath when you have a viral tweet, like an NFL coach winning the Super Bowl.

If you bought the S&P at 23 x at any time in history, in every single case your annualised return over the next 10 years is between +2% and -2%.
The S&P is currently trading at 23 x.

This quote came from the Howard Marks episode we just did on My First Million.
He also said: “even though the long term average of the S&P500 is 10%, it’s almost never actually between 8-12% on a given year. The average is not the norm.”

I’m collecting words that are the opposite of popular words. For example:
Pronoia – opposite of paranoia. When you believe the world is conspiring in your favor
JOMO - opposite of FOMO, the joy of missing out
Mittenfraude - the opposite of schadenfreude (secret pleasure in other’s pain), finding joy in other’s joy.
etc..

College is wasted on the young. I used to skip classes. Grown adult me would kill to spend eight hours a day reading books and listening to lectures.

So true. In college, I couldn’t wait to get out of reading and lectures to have free time.
Now, I can’t wait for free time so I can read and listen to lectures (podcasts).

Let me tell you about one of my favorite quotes:
“Never write an advertisement which you wouldn't want your own family to read. The consumer isn’t a moron, she’s your wife. You wouldn't tell lies to your own wife. Don't tell them to mine.”
To me, you’re family. So I wouldn’t lie to you either.
And when it comes to my banking services, I use Mercury.
I use it for my personal account. My business accounts. Everything. In total, I have 6+ accounts with them.
That’s why I’m confident in recommending it, because I know it works and I know what it does.
